Remarks
The encoder blocks link their videoconvert to the element through a caps filter built from
VisioForge.Core.Types.X.IGstElementEncoderSettings.InputCaps, so the element receives one of the raw formats listed there. The same
element is also used on the encodebin output path (VideoEditCoreX outputs), where
VisioForge.Core.Types.X.IGstElementCodecSettings.Configure(System.Action{System.String,GLib.Value}) runs after encodebin creates it.
Properties
InputCaps
Gets the raw caps the encoder input is converted to, for example
video/x-raw,format={NV12,P010_10LE}. Null or empty leaves the format to the element.
